Palm pruning
Removal of dead fronds, seed pods and husks from palms in the Bay of Islands and Far North.
Clear dead and drooping palm growth.
Palms need a different approach from other trees. Top Tree Services carries out palm pruning, including removal of dead and drooping fronds, seed pods and husks.
The height of the palm and the space around it affect how the work can be done. When getting in touch, include a photo of the whole palm and mention anything directly underneath or beside it.
Things to discuss
- Dead and drooping fronds
- Seed pods and husks
- Palms near paths and outdoor areas
- Access around tall palms
What photos help with a palm pruning enquiry?
A photo showing the whole palm, a closer view of the crown if possible, and a view of the surrounding area help explain the work and available access.
